At GeekCore, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly and reflects your style. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your GeekCore account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point; ensure all original tags are attached and items are unworn.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
